Be prepared to discuss both sides of the issue

The last of four videos of my thoughts on social media, graciously shot and edited for presentation by my buddies at Jobing!  In this one, I talk about how HR peeps can approach a discussion on social media and its relevance to business with other managers, including some ideas on how to talk social media with those in the C Suite.

• Discuss them as business and communication tools
• Know how your brand is currently positioned
• Know what good things are being said
• Know what bad things are being said
• Have recommendations on how to proceed prepared, and ready to discuss
