I checked the program for about 10 minutes and realized that this again was an American conspiracy entertainment program.

really rich executives who see their mission by playing dumb and kind
to generate money in their company. By paying a minimum amount of money
for poor workers and give orders on how they should behave in front of the camera.

There is no big rich boss who would allow a camera crew filming stupid managers who work within their companies. For example,The Hooters episode when the incredibly stupid boss (besides, who is a very bad actor) allows one employed person to leave earlier if they win the contest on "who eats brown beans fastest".

This would only harm the company if it was true, but in the end they turn the story so there will be a good final.

If this was a true story the guy who owns the company would fired him in 2 seconds.

(the douchebag just gets a warning from the really "kind" owner of the company (just to spread his wings and have us believe his an angelperson.)
Only to serve himself.

And other people who watch this episode who may work for hooters starts automatically to think "this could really happen to me too if i work hard as hell"

And people who dont work may consider to search for a job there.. (In bealive they really could change there lives.)Perhaps exaggerated, but im pissed off.

Manipulative thinking is the biggest winner here for the company.

The biggest douchebag is the owner of the company,
and the televisioncompany who generate
at least as much money as the main role
no question about it. boycott immediately.

I am sorry to say this but the U.S. is actually one of the world's worst countries when it comes to almost everything, again no question about it.

Im not saying that the U.S people are douchebags I just feeling sorry for them who lives in that country.

I would not be surprised if CBS is owned by the government also.

Remember that if you start to cry a little bit jsut because you think it is a beautiful and lovely story
maybe it's more realistic that you cry a little bit just because you would like it to happen to yourself in your own workplace, because it would probably ease your life dramatically.

This is not how the real life work my friends
atleast not in 6 billion+ lives

they just want you to believe in it.. so just dont
(excuse the grammar)

[...] Training is not optional. In the Hooters episode, a manager held a contest to see which server would go home early. In the contest, servers had to eat a plate of beans by putting their face in the plate (no utensils.) Two points I’d like to make here – (1) obviously, this manager was promoted and given no training because I’d like to think that no one in their right mind believes this is appropriate. And, (2) if by chance this manager did lose his mind and start these games, then Hooters on-going training would have reinforced the concepts of mutual respect, employee engagement, etc. and this might not have gotten out of hand.
@Darcy

I kind of thought the same thing at first. "oh, it's a show about HR. I need to watch it.", but then I decided that was bullshit. It is just another fakle reality show that was cooked up to seel an idea in Hollywood. I don't care that it is on. I just don't care to watch it,anymore than I care to watch Big Brother, Survivior, American Idol, or any of the other myriad shows that are out there. When I expalined why i didn't want to watch in the post, it wasn't because it was an HR themed show. It is because I am consistently bored and unfascinated by "reality" TV. I haven't watched and episode of Survivor since the first season.

I am somewhat concerned that HR practitioners are so desperate for validation of our profession that we feel guilty about not watching what is probably not a very good show, based on the reviews I did read and the yourtube previews i screened prior to writing today's article on HRH.

Just because anything is on tv doesn't give it meaning, and I think that is especially true for HR, which is the ultimate reality "show", in my opinion.
