I remember years ago as a teenager working in a bank. One of my co-workers, the one who had trained me actually, taught me this lesson from her own experience one day. She was on her way to work and got cut off by another driver in the supermarket parking lot. Her reaction was to show her anger with a quick rude gesture at the other driver, only to realize that it was one of the bank's regular customers.
