Thanks so much for your kind response. On before of all 90+ people who had something to do with this event, I want to say thanks for reaching out to acknowledge the donation. This was an impromptu event which yielded great returns through the use of networking and social media. Do good things with that money, and may everyone at CAP enjoy a happy and prosperous hokiday season.

I want to thank all of you on behalf of Children Awaiting Parents(CAP). This came as such a wonderful surprise. CAP was started 37 years ago by a group of adoptive parents. Their intent was to form a parent group in order to provide support and encouragement to each other.

We now serve children in foster care across the United States by matching them with families looking to adopt. CAP receives NO government funds so the support both in dollars, and new friends talking about the “children who wait” is a gift that will give for longer than The Carnival of Giving season.
