The case study was just one of many Hodes case studies I have seen over the apst year, and it reflected their usual high standards and great concepts. I really admire the work done by the folks at Hodes. I am personally acquainted with many of the staff in Tampa and south Florida, and they all rock!

In the interests of full disclosure: No one paid me for this shoutout, although I did eat an 1/8th of a Publix sub, had some vegetables, lemonade, and a cookie while speaking!

This was a great event and Bernard Hodes Group was thrilled to host the future HR Leaders here in Tampa, FL. Social media can be very scary to the HR community, and by introducing these up and coming HR leaders to the importance and relevance of the "social web" , it really will solidify the future of HR. It is a brave new world and Mike did a fantastic job bringing it home to Human Resources and the sharing the practical uses. Bernard Hodes Group then shared a case study that shows how we used social media to positively impact the brand awareness of an organization and ultimately push them to the forefront in the effort to attract and retain top talent! It gives you goosebumps!
Hats off Mike VanDervort! See you in Twitterville!

Thank you again for speaking to HR Tampa's student chapter. It was exciting to hear you share your experiences and introduce social media to those in the group. A topic near to my heart, this was only the beginning of what I hope will be the start of many new social media mavens.
